Many people resist starting here because it can feel negative, but humans rarely take action without some negative emotion to motivate us. Want to keep things light? Use questions, and let the reader use their imagination to fill in the gaps.

help them solve their frustrations and achieve some sort of
positive outcome. It’s your chance to explain how your unique
combination of experiences, approach or qualifications make
